Cant get me profile to reload when it disappeared
My Firefox profilel crashed, I guess... I got a message to see if I wanted to create a new one. I located my previous profile and tried to reload it, but it didnt work and I dont know how to get it back... It has all my info, so I need someone to give me the step by step please to "reinstall" it? I know where to find it, just not where I need to put it to put it back. I did a create new and added the profile name, but it didnt bring it up...Help!!

Is that lost profile still in the default location in "AppData\Roaming" ?
If you can't select/use this profile because it is locked then you can try to rename/remove compatibility.ini in this profile.
I opened the Mozilla/Firefox profiles in Appsdata It came up as text and said
[Install308046B0AF4A39CB] Default=Profiles/i6dnmfsb.7w1pnjl2.default - release Locked=1
[Profile0] Name=7w1pnjl2.default - release IsRelative=1 Path=Profiles/i6dnmfsb.7w1pnjl2.default - release
[General] Version=2
I think the 7w1 profile was the latest one, but I am not certain... what now?
Looks that you only have the new profile you created in profiles.ini.
Are there profiles present that do not appear in profiles.ini ?
You can use "Choose Folder" to register a lost profile that isn't present in in the Profile Manager.
