Outgoing email is blocked
Error message when trying to send email: "An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: EHLO 174.208.5.7 blocked. Please see https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codes for more information. AUP#Out-1080." How is this fixed?

That link provides this advice: "This email account has limited access to send emails based on suspicious activity. Blocks will expire based on the nature of the activity. If you’re a Spectrum customer, contact us to remove the block."
