Hello,

I'm trying to train Thunderbird to allow certain messages into my Inbox by regularly tagging them as "Not Junk," but it isn't working. I've been doing this with some messages daily for at least a month, but they still get sent to the Spam folder instead of the Inbox. (One particular email is a daily newsletter to which I've subscribed.)

This seems to be a relatively recent development. I might be wrong, but I don't remember having this problem six months ago.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

A Spam or Bulk Mail folder indicates it's used by the filtering applied by the mail provider, before mail is downloaded in TB (TB uses the term 'Junk'). Access the account in webmail and whitelist or unblock the sender, and add the sender to webmail contacts.
