I cannot access Instagram using Firefox browser. This started happening about 3 days ago. I cannot even access Instagram.com it shows up as a blank screen (see screen shot). I cannot access my Instagram account or those of the people I follow or people I don't follow but regularly check their Instagram account. I can access Instagram using my Safari browser but not Firefox. I have never had this problem before. I would be grateful for any help. Thanks! Esther

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
