Not receiving all emails
I've used Thunderbird for years. Suddenly, I can't receive emails from my husband's work account. As far as I can tell, I'm receiving all the rest of my email. I don't think I blocked him! It's not in the spam folders. Of course he thinks it's on MY end, but since I'm getting the rest of my email, I'm guessing it's on his end. Thoughts on how to fix this?

Hi,
Have you tried to send him an email and check if he receives? Its a good way to check for problems on either end.
Try this first: Send and email from your account to his address and to another address not in his company, both in the To section of the same email. You can use a second account that you might have or ask a friend or family member. Ask your husband to do the same for your address and the other one (the same).
Check where the emails are received and where they are not.
Also: can you access your email provider email via website? Sometimes the emails are picked up not in the Thunderbird SPAM but at the providers SPAM folder in the server. It happens a lot in gmail.
Try these steps and let us know.
