My ISP deleted the email address that was used as the primary email on my Firefox account. This happened unexpectedly and I was unable to get it reactivated. As such, I cannot make any changes to my Firefox account, because everything requires an email code. I read on other forums that changing the primary email is impossible without access to the current email. So I tried to delete my account altogether and create a new one. But I can't do that either. It's unacceptable to have my account just floating in limbo. It needs to be updated with correct information, or it needs to be deleted. How can I correct this problem?

Hi

We will not be able to delete your Firefox Account without being able to confirm that the request is coming from the owner of the account by verification with the email address that we have for that account.

So what do you recommend I do? That email address simply no longer exists.
