Same as historical https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=465259 periodically mouse becomes unresponsive in FF Works in other programs persists when affected window is closed and reopened happens in the above bugzilla page

getting more prevalent, been seen intermittently for years on Win 10 PC across versions of FF

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
