browser Address
Dear Sir.
In the search section of Firefox for a topic in Firefox right at the home page... when I type a topic to search.... it transfers my typed information to the very top of the page leaving the middle title box for search blank. I can't see what I'm typing in properly because of this...........
In Microsoft Edge this type in search works perfectly...You type it in the big search box and it then searches perfectly...and you can see better what your typing in......
In Firefox it's showing a search box to type in your information but converts it to this tiny box on top of the page.....it's terrible to use compared to Edge....
Can this be modified to work like the search page in Microsoft Edge with a Firefox update?
Thanks for your help....Leonard C.

To stop the search moving from the search bar on the page to the address bar, search in about:config for handoff and change the following preference to false. browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar
