I just noticed TB now has 5 address books & this is what I want to do: My email addresses are all mixed up so: 1] I would like down load all address books to 1 CSV file to sort & eliminate any email addresses that are NOT MY PERSONAL ADDRESSES. 2] Then I want to import MY PERSONAL ADDRESSES back to TB to 1 PERSONAL ADDRESS book, While eliminating [DELETING] all other PHONE BOOKS as I don't need them. I will do my own adding of emails myself, it's that simple. Regards, klxdrt
