bookmorks will not fully import from html file

I have tried to install fire fox over 5 times, it will not fully import bookmark html file. Can I copy and paste the file to the fire fox folder? The Microsoft edge browser took the bookmark file with no problems, I want to go back to fire fox. I am running a new windows 11 pro intel based i9 system.

You can check the HTML file at the position where the import stops for unusual characters in the file.

I have over a hundred folders and even more bookmarks, how long should it take to import?
