Sync isn't a backup not should it be used as backup as only the data on the original computer/device has that and if that is wipe or delete then everything is gone when doing sync. </blockquote> I didn’t move computers. I just noticed that when I had installed Firefox, it had installed twice. (I’m not sure how that happened) So to fix it and to stop it from opening up links in the second installation, I uninstalled it. Then reinstalled it. When I logged back into it, nothing that I had attached to my account, other than my profile picture was kept. But I’ve moved computers before and all I had to do was log into my account and it kept all of my stuff. But for some reason nothing moved over.
