GOOGLE WORKSPACE SUSPENSION

Google have suspended my business account and I have been trying for 2 days to get it back to no avail. Recovery is not an option as I can not access my emails to go further. I do not owe google money they have taken it out of my account, no porn or abusive emails. So I don't know why. I also can not access the Google Admin Console to see what has gone wrong. It just says Couldn't sign you in Contact your domain admin for help. Contacted them they have said it is active. Can someone help me please. I am not an IT Wizzard so bare with me I only know a bit about computers Thank you

Sorry to hear you have a problem, but it's not really a Thunderbird issue. If google have blocked access to you then it's not going to allow a third party program like Thunderbird any access either. You say "Google have suspended my business account", so I'm assuming they have informed you of this.

Look at this YouTube video. It is worth listening to all of it as it explains many reasons why a suspension can occur. You may need to use 'skip ads' to allow it to continue. It may help you to sort out what is wrong before you try to get the listing reinstated.
