Ipsos Media link app seems to cause issues with Firefox - error messages, constantly wanting to load extension already loaded. Have repeated contacted Ipsos and they say no issue their end so can I just put up with it - but it is constantly being a nuisance and if I try to use Firefox in troubleshoot mode the error message still comes up bottom right of the screen saying there is an issue with Firefox - but there isn’t. I go through the extension addition - downloads 0 bytes but going through the process seems to satisfy the app! Any ideas helpful.

Since there is no screenshot of the error or where the software is installed from or downloaded from no one can know what is going on here. Extension issues is for the developer to resolve not Firefox.
