Can't send emails
Returned from a 6/25 - 7/6 vacation and Thunderbird (TB) would receive but could not send emails. Error message is:
"Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <ralphgj18@bresnan.net> sender rejected. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again."
During vacation computer was turned off and unplugged from the internet and I did not do anything with TB while on vacation. I checked with Internet email service provider and there was nothing wrong from its side. I have Window 10 and TB version 102.13.0. There were no updates to my ESET Internet Security program (v16.1.14.0).
I have been through the email support strings, but found nothing that could lead me to a solution.
Please advise as to how to proceed.
Thank you, Ralph

The error message is from an email provider's server, not Thunderbird. You did not provide any information why your message got rejected, I'd expect the error message has some sort of cause included. Also it isn't clear whether your email provider's server or the recipients email provider's server rejected the message. In any case, you'll need to talk to your email provider.
