In both IMAP and POP3 instances, 'Empty Trash' (alt-f-y) is not working and does not appear on the right-click menu in 102.13.0, and 102.12.0 before that. Properties/Repair the Trash folder does not have any effect. Both Thunderbird 102.13.0 and 102.12.0 using justhost servers under Windows 10. This occurred within the past three weeks on two separate machines, 32-bit and 64-bit. Thanks.

Also, FWIW, the icon for 'Trash' is no longer a 'wastebasket, it is a 'folder'.

And that is the issue.

Use this addon to reset the special flag on the folder. https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/folderflags/
