Online Reading Room Issue
I am having trouble with an online "Reading Room" as are others. When I go to read one of the online publications, some of the type fonts are scrambled and not readable. It is a problem that started earlier this year, older issues are OK. The program is Real 3D Flipbook plugin. Our web folks have not been able to find the issue and the software developer says it is working correctly. It does work correctly when using IE or Edge as the browser. It also works OK on Firefox with Apple OS. The issue only seems to occur with Firefox and Windows 10 or 11 as the OS. Both Windows and Firefox are up to date. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dave

The real3dflipbook demo "Living Design" available on their site is readable for me on Windows and Linux.
Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
Troubleshoot Mode did not clear the problem. It does not occur on all publications, just some, others work fine. The website is a car club website and a number of people are having the issue. I don't know for sure that it is a Firefox issue, but if I use Edge, the flipbook works OK. Anyone using Apple and Firefox has no problem. The flipbook software folks say they tried it with Win and Firefox and could not duplicate the problem.
Can you share a link to the affected site or a public alternative that is similarly affected?
I don't know of other sites that use that plugin and our site is a members only site and my password is an admin password so I can't give it out. See the attached photo for what is happening. If I download the file as a pdf, it opens correctly. The problem only occurs when viewing the publication with the flip reader. It does not occur for Apple users and those using other browsers. It looks to me like some sort of font issue. Thanks.
