Hi two separate machines now cannot send emails with Thunderbird (other email programmes unaffected) and receiving AOK. Full message:- Sending of the message failed. SSL received a malformed Certificate handshake message. The configuration related to smtp.fireflyuk.net must be corrected.

Simply anyone know how to sort this (I am mildly technical but not programmer standard) and is this a known issue Mozilla are likely to fix or is it an issue at my email providers end? Thanks

Try disabling outgoing mail scanning in what passes as an antivirus product if you have one installed. Generally they are pretty good at messing up encryption.
