Hur tar jag mig förbi ovanstående. Felmeddelanderutan kommer upp och hindrar att jag kan göra något alls.

Do you have an antivirus app scanning the mail folders (TB profile)? That could be the 'other process'.

If you do, add the TB profile folders as an exception in AV settings.
