Hi, I have upgraded my computer and Thunderbird, however only the INBOX folder is loading.

I have followed the instructions to migrate the folders from the 'Profile Folder' on the old computer, the data has transferred but is not organised as folders, as on the old computer and of course on the main server.

I don't mind if all the data is not on my computer so long as the Folders are there, empty or not but organised in as they are on the main server.

I'm wondering if I selected an incorrect setting while setting up the account within Thunderbird on the new computer.

Thank you and kind regards, Mark.

I presume this is IMAP. If so, highlight the account on main pane, rightclick and select 'subscribe' and tick the folders to appear. There is also a setting at the synchronization&storage settings for the account for which folders to allow being downloaded for offline access.
