I am trying to re-enable sofascore notifications but in permission panel just seems cookies not notification permissions. I tried to forgot site and delete cookies but it didn't work. How can i solve this?

See "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions":

You can also check the permissions in "Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Permissions".
