Hello Matt, this is Ilio Pieroni thanking you for explaining that my problem was caused by VPN doing a very good job in masking me out of existence, and being blacklisted. The moment I turned it off, every worked again. I contacted bitdefender, including your response. Waiting for a replay. Thank you again Matt, much appreciated. Regards Ilio Pieroni
