My shutdown screen freezes when I shut down my PC

My PC hangs on the shutdown screen. Everything happens OK until something saving your settings and then when it says windows is shutting down that is the time when it just freezes and i have to turn it off manually by pressing the main button from the CPU. Please help me solve this problem.

You did not indicate a reason why you think that is a problem caused by Firefox.
