How can I permanently avoid that usernames get saved once I sign in? - Where are these "do not save username" settings? I do not want to clear my history every time...

Each time I clear the history and use a username only once it gets saved. I do not allow the passwords to be saved but I could not find a way to eliminate the usernames to be deleted. That is a real security issue for me
