When I upgraded my Mandriva 2009 system to Firefox 2.6.8 I lost the capability to view videos from http://video.foxnews.com/ It reports that the Adobe flash player has crashed.

The error console reports: unknown pseudo-class or pseudo-element visible AND document.getElementById(a) is null http://video.foxnews.com/js/players/fullpage.js?v=

Your above posted Troubleshooting Information list shows that you have three Flash plugins installed:

  • Shockwave Flash 10.0 b218
  • Shockwave Flash 9.0 r999
  • Shockwave Flash 10.1 r53

You should remove (uninstall) the two older versions.
