I have Firefox and IE running on a PC. Every time when I try to launch ebay.com, the site is displayed as plain text in Firefox. It works perfectly fine in IE on the same PC. I tried to fix the problem by deleting all ebay related cookies, but it didn't work out. Although the homepage was display correctly, it turned to plain text after an attempt to log in (this attempt was successful, though).
