I live in Israel and Firefox always starts in Hebrew. How do I get it to start in English?

I would like the mozilla home page to start in English. Since I live in Israel configures my homepage to start in Hebrew. I assume it does this because of my IP address. How do I correct this?

Some sites automatically redirect you to a site in the local language.
There is usually a link on such websites choose a language or go to an international version that allows to chose the language.

Clear the Google cookies: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
