have exported bookmarks complete uninstall of folder but after clean install firefox4 beta 6 install cannot recognize-open HTML file

i found the exported file and forgot to make backup after export . having problem playing utube videos glitching so compleat uninstall done to reestablish smooth playback was sucessful but now can't get firefox 4. beta 6 to find the bookmarks from firefox 3.6 even tho I can locate them on my desktop even tho I SEE IT on the desktop -the import file can't open or recognize it as HTML FILE . i dont have JSON file backup or profile folder from previous install . just unreadable HTML file file opened in word is as follows-

That isn't the coding for a bookmarks.html file, that looks like a JSON backup file.

{Ctrl + Shft + B} to open Organize Bokkmarks - the Library window.
Under Import & Backup - HTML files are handled with Export and Import, while JSON files are handled with Backup and Restore.

Also make sure that the file has a .json file extension. You can verify that in the properties of that file (right-click context menu > Properties)
