each time I open my home page it shows "how to set homepage" along with MSN Canada How do I stop it?

on the home page on the fifth line it shows "how to set the home page" each and every time I call for the home page. I can understand that " MSN Canada- The Home" will show but why does the how to set show each time. How do I stop it. It will delete on right click.

Yes I have done that but the line "How to set the home page" appears on the 5th line each and every time I open my home page. I would like to get rid of that line how???
