You can't update to Firefox 3 or later versions if you have Mac OS X 10.3.9.
Firefox 2.0.0.20 is that latest version available for your Mac OS X version.

  2. Shockwave Flash 9.0 r16

You should at least update to the latest Flash 9 version available and remove those two old versions.
