I have firefox 3.0 and can not find anything in regards to parental control, or is there a place to add a website that I do not want my children to have access. If so, where do I go?

There is no built-in parental control system in Firefox. You can use an add-on such as ProCon Latte to filter content, though for a knowledgeable user it is quite easy to bypass add-ons. An alternative is a third-party web filtering application such as the free K9 Web Protection (requires at least OS X 10.4.7).
