The Windows favorites list is the list of favorites in Internet Explorer. You can export the Firefox bookmarks to Internet Explorer, though any changes you make to the Firefox bookmarks after exporting will not appear in the Windows favorite list. For details on doing that see Export bookmarks to Internet Explorer.
