When loading website things fail to load eg images, some websites do not look the same and things are everywhere sometimes the video box will not appear and text are over other txts and images.

I have the same problem. Pages don't load completely (missing pics or graphics) and/or text often superimposed over other text. What's the next step to resolve this problem?

All websites are missing graphics, backgrounds and colour including firefox homepage. Everything is black and white.

I think I've found a fix. Go to Firefox Preferences, then to Advanced, then to Network, and then clear the cache. That seems to have restored the missing graphics, images, and formatting for e.g. the CNN site. Good luck.
