I recently installed webmail notifier for Firefox. When first installed there was an envelope icon between the address bar and the search bar which changed to yellow when I received AOL mail. Now I've noticed that the icon has disappeared. Uninstalling and reinstalling webmail notifier does not bring the icon back. Any ideas?

Different versions of firefox may have different details of doing this, but the general procedure is as follows:

1. Select "Toolbar Layout (firefox 4)" or "Customize Toolbar (firefox earlier rev)"

2. Scroll down in the icon field until the Webmail Notifier icon is visible

3. Drag the icon to your desired toolbar or in between elements on your address bar.

Voila.
