Use Firefox to go online to a bookmarked program and opened it with security infor and password and used details in the program. Click on exit bullet of program which normally presents an item stating "you are logged off". This time (and it hjappened three times) an item showed which said 'Browser has attempted to prevent closing(exiting) this program. I clicked my online status exit bullet to clear the screen.
