When I pin a site as a tab, close and reopen (or surf around) the tabs close or change without me pinning or unpinning

I've been pinning sites using FF 4. However, the pinned sites don't stay pinned. Some close, some change. Wondering if you've experienced this bug.

For example, I've pinned twitter, facebook and a few other personal sites. after a day or so or when I close/open the browser, only one of the sites are pinned OR a site that I didn't pin is now pinned.

Wow, incorrect pinned tabs is bizarre. I kept opening to a blank screen -- no pinned tabs from the prior session. Here's how I solved it, in case it's related to your problem in some way:

--Go into Options >> General >> Startup.

--I had "Show blank page"; changed it to "Show my windows and tabs from last time".

App tabs and Tab Groups (Panorama) are stored as part of the session data in the file sessionstore.js in the Firefox Profile Folder

Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Browsing History" if Firefox is closed.

This can also be a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder

Delete sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.

You will have to redo App Tabs and Tab Groups after deleting sessionstore.js.
