Why does my version of Firefox4 look like the latest version of 3?

As you know, the latest version offers the "Firefox" button, my version does not. I've checked the "About Firefox" and it does say 4.0. I'm really confused. I use it on my work laptop and it works great.

Right-click on the Menu bar and click on Menu bar in that contextual menu to de-select it.
