How do you make your app tabs not disappear? Mine always disappear once I open a new window.

I would set an app tab (emails, usually) on one page, and then open up another window, and the app tabs wouldn't be there. I tried this 10 times, and did another test: closed the page with the app tabs, opened up another window, and it still wouldn't be there.

Aren't they supposed to stay? Is this a glitch? I just downloaded Firefox 4 yesterday, so I'm fairly new to it...

No. App Tabs are restricted to one window. You can have different sites of App Tabs in each window. A possibility is to set the app tabs as multiple home pages to make it easier. A new window opens with all home pages and then you only need to change them to pinned tabs.
