After installing and un-installing comcast's constant guard, my passwords are no longer managed through Password manager. I would like to have that function back.

Part of that Comcast Constant Guard is a Norton Security Suite, which is notorious for not un-installing completely.

Norton has a bunch of Norton Removal Tool's here:
