I am trying to access my account on a financial services website that is very important to me. I get an Untrusted Connection screen from Firefox and when I click on "add an exception" nothing happens. How can I bypass BIG BROTHER and access this website? Thank you.

Have you checked the date and time set on your computer?

  1. Right-click the calendar/clock at the right end of the Windows task bar (bottom of your screen, usually), choose "Adjust Date/Time".
  2. If time/date is not holding, you may need a new "coin" battery on your motherboard.
