The screen on her computer has a Google "fill-in-the-blank" display whenever I try to launch from desktop. I tried to delete the program and try again but it won't delete unless I shut the program down. I can't shut it down because it does not go to the home page.

After apparently loading Firefox, upon launching it I come to a screen which has a Google "fill-in-the-blank" in the center. The program did not go to its home page. When I attempted to delete the program so I could try again, I could not do so. Because the program thinks that Firefox is working properly it wants me to shut it down first. So, I am stuck with Firefox which is not working properly and not being able to remove it. Fortunately, I did not remove Internet Explorer. In any event, I can not send you a screen shot because I could never reach the home page.
