why is my browser stacked? I want my browser features all on the same line and the drop down from the word firefox seems to be the beginning of the problem?

The only way I can describe the problem is, the word Firefox appears on top with a drop down arrow. The next line is the backward/forward button with the address bar. Next is the Most Visited button, Getting Started, Latest Headlines and to the far right Bookmarks. The next line begins with Yahoo logo exclamation mark, search, my mail icon, my My yahoo icon, bookmark icon, messenger icon, yahoo answers icon, the weather icon and finally facebook icon, and to the far right Channels, Notifications, Share this page and toolbar settings. Next final line, tabs I have opened.

I will gladly send a screenshot if this will help solve my problem?.
