i been trying to open firefox,it does opens and then it disappears and shows a crash report,and when i click the crash report,the browser wont open anymore..help please

Try holding down the shift key and pressing the Firefox start icon. This will open Firefox in the safe mode to see if it will load up at all. If you find this works then something has been added that is stopping Firefox from loading.
