Why can I not pick up and move my browers tabs around?

I used to be able to shuffle around my tabs by clicking and holding them and then rearranging. Now the tabs don't get selected and I can not drag them or rearrange them.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
