When I click on firefox to go to the internet, mozilla crazh reporter is the only thing that shows up after consecutively clicking "restart firefox"

When I click on firefox to go to the internet, "mozilla crash reporter" is the only thing that shows up after consecutively clicking "restart firefox" and it continues to show up no matter how many times I click on it.

Did you submit crash reports?

If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page. You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.
