I just reinstalled Windows 7 and need to find my old firefox since it has all my passwords saved. I backed up everything that was on my computer before the reinstall so is there a way I can get my bookmarks, history, and passwords back?

Read the Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles help article for steps how to find your profile folder. You'll want to find the profile folder in your backed up data and then copy its contents into your new profile folder in your new installation.
