What anti-virus and firewall do you run? Does the issue occur if you disable both?

more options

I use McAfee for both. I'm not willing to disable them. Most recent problem is that to listen to NPR I have to go to another browser. I'm sorry to have to leave Firefox, but since last version loaded, I can't do things. I would like to go back to the earlier version of Firefox.
