The arrows at the bottom and top of the scroll bar appear if I hover over them, but I can't find a way to figure out where the slider is. So if I click in the scroll bar to jump the page, I can't tell if I'm clicking above or below the slider and therefore which direction the page will move. I just want to be able to SEE the slider! Hoping there's an about:config for this.

Hi lohroffc-

Both the Yahoo! Toolbar extension and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause an issue like that. Disable or uninstall those add-ons.
