I want to view some of my history websites from August but when I go into history it has only saved for 1 month.

How do I change the history setting to save for 365 days a year?

I have been into preferences/privacy/remember hisory but there is no choice to select how many days to save.

How do I change this setting to 365 days a year?

I'M ON A MAC Thanks :)

There is no length of time setting for history any more. You might want to check to make sure that your history is not being deleted automatically when you close the browser. Check the setting in Preferences > Privacy > Clear history when Firefox closes.

There is no time limit in Firefox 4+ versions for the history.
Firefox determines automatically how many pages can be kept without affecting the performance.
You can see the current value via the pref places.history.expiration.transient_max_pages on the about:config page.
