I installed a new web cam and skype . I tried it out and everything was fine. i made some short videos and emailed them out, played them back, every thing was good!!! Then I went online with fire fox instead of Internet Explorer to browse the web. fire fox popped up a box and said an update was available. So I updated. since the update my video players play audio only.. Windows Media Player, Real player, VLC media and power dvd all refuse to play windows format vids. I get audio only! If i try to watch a video on line i only get audio..

Hi lesterthomas-

First of all, I would highly recommend upgrading to the most recent version of Firefox. You can get that here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

After upgrading there is a Support article that may help you with tips for video problems: Fix common audio and video issues

Hope that helps!
