When I click on a message with an attachment in my inbox, the message starts to load, but then the following message appears: Trying to use Hotmail with HTTPS? As long as you're just reading and writing email, signing in with "https" gives you extra security. But this extra security disappears if you check your calendar, edit a contact, or go to another site. For the most secure connection, we strongly recommend that you change your settings to always use HTTPS. Continue to Hotmail I have tried selecting both options, and neither works. I have to use Explorer for messages with attachments. I used to be able to use Firefox for all of my messages. Have I got some sort of setting wrong?
